Mijn kamer.

Er valt eigenlijk niet veel te vertellen over mijn kamer. Het is een eenvoudige, schone kamer, voorzien van een bed, kast, ladekast, nachtkastje en een bureau. Dit allen in een dito eenvoudig en schoon appartement. Helaas geen WiFi, maar gelukkig voor mij en jammer voor de eigenaar van het netwerk Belkin54G, kan ik daar op meeliften.
De buurt zou ik vergelijken met de buurt rond de Molukkenstraat in Amsterdam. Aan de ene kant behoorlijk wat immigranten, aan de andere kant wat luxere appartementen. Mijn huis hangt er een beetje tussen in.
Mijn hospita is een IJslandse van middelbare leeftijd. Sociaal werkster, en ook betrokken met het milieu. Ik werd dan ook verzocht geen urenlange douches te nemen. Helaas grenzen ook onze slaapkamers aan elkaar, dus mocht ik scoren, dan wordt het niet bij mij thuis.
Goed nieuws voor de velen die hebben beloofd mij te bezoeken, eventuele overnachtende gasten is o.k., mits in overleg en het geen, ik quote “monkeyparty” wordt.
Ik moet wel erg wennen om bij iemand in huis te wonen die ik verder niet ken, en er bovendien een normaal ‘volwassen’ leven op nahoudt waar dingen als hygiëne en regelmatig schoonmaken als normaal worden beschouwd.
Ik vermoed toch dat ik wel ga zoeken naar een andere kamer, alles op zijn tijd.
Ik heb toevallig gisteren al via Craigslist gereageerd op een apartement, maar dat bleek natuurlijk een Nigeriaanse scam.

agent that we can give this document band we are as well as dont want
our house
to be used any how in our

that i am a kind and honest man and also i spent alot on my property
that i want to give you for rent,so i will solicite for your absolute
maintenance of this house and want you to treat it as your own,is that
taken,The money is not the main problem i am looking for a resposible
person that can take very good care of property,So i want you to keep it
tidy all the time so that i will be glad to see it neat when i came for
a check up.i do that once in a while.I also want you to let me have
trust in you as i always stand on my word.
